It’s time to take the plunge. Time to actually do what I’ve only allowed myself to dream about for the past 6 years.
Photography has been a passion of mine for so much of my life. When I point my camera at the natural world it is an act of admiration, enjoying the creation that surrounds me. The process cuts through the noise of the world. It lets me focus and forget the things that really don’t matter in the end. For the past 15 years I’ve been practicing the art of exploring and allowing it to refocus me.
Now it’s time for me to share my photographs with the world! I hope you’ll join me in this journey as I introduce Klarite Photography, photography to break through the noise.
Unfortunately my health has been a major driving force in my photography in the past 9 years. Starting in 2009 I started dealing with intense migraines which were increasingly accompanied by vertigo. For those of you who aren't familiar with vertigo, it is essentially the feeling of dizziness and movement even when there is no movement.
